Why a flat engagement fee?
A flat fee aligns us with you, not the factory. We are paid for the work, not for spend.
Are third-party costs included?
No. Goods, samples, tooling, laboratory tests, freight, duties and bank fees are itemised separately so you see who is paid for what.
Can I add inspection later?
Yes. You can upgrade a Sourcing engagement to add pre-shipment inspection any time before production completes.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We sign mutual NDAs before sharing factory shortlists or specifications.
Can you handle freight only?
Freight is part of the End-to-end tier. For freight only we will refer you to a corridor specialist.
How do you handle disputes?
Every programme has a named programme manager and an escalation route to leadership. Quality penalties are written into supplier contracts.
